The Executive Team is comprised of the following:

Gilbert Armenta – President and CEO
Gilbert Armenta has directed all phases of the Company’s development since the company founding in 2001. Mr. Armenta has been the primary driver of EOCG's launch of next generation networks (CDMA/EV-DO) throughout the Caribbean Basin as well as the introduction of value added services to include VOD, gaming, and media.

For the past 20 plus years, Mr. Armenta has been involved in all facets of the development of communication systems in both public and private companies. He has maintained a focus on the development and implementation of new technologies and business ventures spanning development of wireless networks, organic growth opportunities and strategic partnership formations.
He gained extensive operational experience through his past work with GTE, Sprint PCS and Crown Castle International Corp.

John Perry – Executive Vice President of Operations
John Perry is heavily involved in the development of EOCG’s products, services and business strategies. Mr. Perry has more than 36 years domestic and international experience as CEO, COO and EVP in public and private companies, with particular focus in the areas of marketing, research and development, and business management. Prior experience with firms such as Viatel, AT&T – UK and Orange.

Reid Bingham – Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Reid Bingham is a senior attorney with over 30 years of experience in financial law, corporate law, SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions as well as commercial and sovereign lending and global trade finance. Mr. Bingham has been a senior partner in law firms in New York and Florida and served for over 25 years as a member of the board of directors of several public companies.

Joerg Klaube – Chief Financial Officer
Joerg Klaube is a finance professional with over thirty years work experience in corporate finance, administration and the U.S. regulatory securities environment. Mr. Klaube served as chief financial officer of private and public companies with extensive experience in accounting, business planning and controls, investor and shareholder relations, private placements and corporate secretary and treasury functions. His previous service includes companies such as Siemens, Unitronix and Magnitude.

Diane Cook – Vice President, Administration and Organizational Development
Diane Cook manages and coordinates the reporting function of the company and administers the office of external affairs, facilities, real estate and general services. Ms. Cook has over 12 years experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily in real estate portfolio management and contract administration. She previously served PacBell, PrimeCo, Sprint PCS and Crown Castle International.
